I have always loved making meaningful gifts for those I love. Using my hands to come up with designs, patterns and products that I know will bring joy to people I care about, is at the forefront of why I create.
From the moment I learnt how to screen-print my own fabric in 2020, I was absolutely hooked. Learning to sew in 2023 was the final puzzle piece I needed to take the brave step and launch Ella Designs, my very own textile design and product brand.
Inspired by countless brave, unique and bold women, each pattern range is named after females who inspire me. I hope that part of their incredible essence finds its way into each product, and brings joy and inspiration to the homes they end up in.
Ultimately, we aim to make unique designs that can fit seamlessly into any home or lifestyle - all showcasing the skills of local suppliers and manufacturers we have in SA!
